I have worked in the fine metal industry for most of my life, starting off as a jewellery apprentice at B.W.Adams and recently leaving my role as Head Restoration Silversmith for a well know Sydney company after 29 years to pursue my own small business.

I have worked on, restored and made a number of iconic Australian sporting trophies, Georgian silver (17th century silver), early 18th century French tureens by Auguste (that later sold at auction for over half a million Australian dollars), historical pieces for museums and silver collectors, and countless pieces of great sentimental value all treated with the same professional care.                                                                                  

During my time working as a Silversmith I developed an expertise working with metals such as gold silver (800.925.950), nickel silver, brass, copper, antinomy, spelter, lead, and specialising in old silver.

I'm mainly focused on small repairs, dent removal, soldering, reshaping, cleaning (wax removal), polishing, and some gilding on silver .
